How it all started

Started in June of 2016, BUBBLEPOP! was just a 5-feet stuffed pancake cart at CEPT Uni Food Lane, Ahmedabad. Very soon in the same year, the special product gained a lot of attention within food forums and review platforms. With the 2nd highest rating (4.8 out of 5)on Zomato (back when Zomato was just a review platform), the brand and its Promoters Sahil & Sunny were quickly discovered by and featured on both local print & online media like Ahmedabad Mirror, Ahmedabad Times, Cityshor, Hungrito, Foodaholics in Ahmedabad, etc.. Throughout the years, the brand has gained more and more awareness despite ongoing challenges of the street food industry sector & the Covid-19 Pandemic. After the Pandemic, having gone through some physical health scare, the couple restarted the business again in 2022. With the support of the Bubblepop community, the brand almost instantly gained recognition with multiple posts & videos going viral on platforms like Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn & Facebook.

Due to this Nationwide-spread awareness of the brand, the brand finally opened its 1st Flagship Cafe in Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad in Mid 2023. Learning from the unconditional, ceaseless and constant support of the Bubblepop community, Sahil & Sunny aim to pass on the positivity & the spirit of acceptance that their community has shown them. By creating inclusive & comforting spaces with Culturally Impactful preparations and promoting local businesses & products, the brand attempts to promote Cultural Harmony & Open-mindedness through food, space creation, brand collaborations & conversations.
